Are you a high-energy communicator who knows how to turn a "maybe" into a "yes"? We are looking for a BDC Sales Specialist to join our team in Pitt Meadows. This isn't a customer service role; this is a high-volume, results-driven sales position working directly with our Subprime Manager to convert premium leads into appointments.

What We’re Looking For:

Discipline: You don’t need a boss hovering over you to hit your outbound call targets.

Requirements:

Sales or BDC experience (Automotive preferred).
Mastery of CRM systems and rapid lead follow-up.
Ability to work a hybrid-remote schedule from Pitt Meadows.

Telemarketer & Digital Sales Closer

Pay: CA$17.85 - CA$35.26 per hour

Job Description

Do you live on social media and know how to sell? CarByClick is expanding, and we’re looking for a Digital Telemarketer who can hunt, qualify, and close deals. We don't pay for "hours sat in a chair"—we pay for profit. You get 20% of the net profit on every vehicle you sell.

The Mission: You won't just be making calls. You’ll be using social media, email, and phone scripts to build your own pipeline and close deals from start to finish.

Who You Are:

A Local Closer: You speak the language of our customers. You are fluent, relatable, and can overcome objections without sounding like a script-reader.
Socially Savvy: You know how to use Facebook Marketplace and Instagram to generate your own business.
Money-Motivated: You want the $6,000+ months and are willing to put in the volume to get there.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound digital sales and social media lead generation.
Manage the full sales cycle: from first "Hello" to financing and trade-in discussions.
Maintain a "zero-drop" CRM—every lead is followed until it's closed.

Job Type: Full-time, 100% Commission.
